Right On Plans is a collective of architects and designers who have specialized experience in residential and commercial building additions and renovations. As a group, it’s our aim to provide quality building plans to help homeowners complete additions/renovations successfully.

The Right On Plans team is headed up by Mike Fortune who has been involved in residential and commercial construction in the mid-Atlantic area for the past 25 years. Operating a residential design/build firm Mike has seen a wide range of projects come across his desk over the years. Understanding that the homeowner is not only the one who is paying the bill and taking the risk, but ultimately the one who will be living in the home for years to come, its become Mike’s desire to help prepare homeowners as well as possible to reduce the risk, and maximize the benefits, and ensure that their investment is a good one.
